We employ professionally registered engineers, all registered in Bermuda and holding registration as Chartered Engineers in the UK or Professional Engineers in Canada and the United States. Our engineers are experienced project managers and we have carried out tendering, contract management, project execution and project close-out.

Ricardo Graham-Ward
CEng MICE, PMP
Lead Engineer - Senior Engineering Manager
Ricardo Graham-Ward is the Lead Engineer – Senior Engineering Manager at iEPC. He brings over a decade of experience delivering complex infrastructure and building projects across Bermuda, Canada and the United Kingdom.
He is registered as a Chartered Civil Engineer in the UK and a Professional Engineer in Bermuda. In addition, Ricardo holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a NACE/AMPP Coating Inspector, reflecting his strong commitment to technical excellence, project delivery, team development and quality assurance in engineering design and construction.
His career spans a broad range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial and marine. Ricardo’s portfolio includes signature projects such as bridges, commercial developments, high-end residential buildings and national sporting facilities. He has held senior project roles with leading consultancies and public agencies, managing projects from initial concept and feasibility through to detailed design, permitting, construction and close-out.
At iEPC, Ricardo leads both the technical delivery and strategic direction of the Company. He oversees a diverse portfolio of multidisciplinary projects, manages high-performing teams and fosters strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes in complex and highly regulated environments. In addition to engineering leadership, he has oversight and responsibility for Company budgets and overall profit and loss (P&L) performance, playing a key role in ensuring sustainable business growth and operational efficiency.
Outside of his consultancy work, Ricardo represents Bermuda as the official delegate to the Institution of Civil Engineers. In this role, he supports the development of the engineering profession through mentorship, outreach and advocacy. He is dedicated to fostering the growth of future engineers and elevating industry standards within the region.
With deep local knowledge and international experience, Ricardo is recognised as a trusted leader in civil and structural engineering, delivering value across a wide spectrum of projects.

Richard Brooks
MEng, CEng, MIStructE
Structural Engineer
Richard is a structural engineer with over 15 years’ experience. He is a Chartered Engineer in the UK with the Institution of Structural Engineer’s. Richard has extensive experience in the design and delivery of projects across a wide range of sectors including transport, infrastructure, education, mixed use residential, conservation/refurbishment and commercial buildings. Prior to joining iEPC Richard worked at a UK based consultancy, where he led a team of engineers, bringing a strategic focus and quality assurance to all his projects.
Richard is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who takes pride in producing high quality work, whilst understanding the importance of working within the budget and time constraints. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills, which enables him to communicate effectively with colleagues, members of the design team, contractors and clients.

Kyle Fisher
P.Eng, MSc, MIET
Senior Electrical Engineer
Kyle is a Registered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering, renewable energy, building automation and power systems. With a Master of Science in Electrical Power Engineering (Distinction) from the University of Greenwich, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University and dual professional engineering registrations in Bermuda and Canada, Kyle has established himself as a leader in the field.
Prior to joining iEPC, Kyle worked at a local MEP contracting firm where he managed the renewable energy and building automation divisions, leading EPC projects for large-scale solar PV systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and automation solutions.
Beyond his technical expertise, Kyle is an active member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and serves as Secretary of the Joint Technical Committee, coordinating with BELCO, on the operations and maintenance of the solar farm. He has been recognised for his contributions to the industry including receiving the Bermuda Association of Professional Engineers (BAPE) Scholarship.
Kyle is passionate about energy efficiency, sustainability, and innovative engineering solutions. His leadership, project management, and technical acumen make him a trusted expert in the evolving landscape of renewable energy and smart infrastructure.

R. Sharan Thapa
CEng FIET IntPE(UK) MIGEM CMgr FCMI
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Ram Sharan Thapa, known as Sharan, is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and registered Chartered Engineer in the UK with nearly two decades of experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering. He has worked on a wide range of projects, from domestic and commercial buildings to large, complex facilities like sports halls.
Before joining iEPC, Sharan worked MEP consultancies and the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), often in remote locations where compliance and resilience were critical. His technical strengths include HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, energy systems, water and waste treatment, automation, electrical installations and renewable energy including Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and solar thermal systems meeting international standards and emphasises sustainability.
He earned an MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Hull, enhancing his expertise in quality design, project and financial planning and organisational growth. A key achievement was an ASHP and solar thermal systems, which won the MOD Sanctuary Award which reduced 750 tonnes of CO₂ annually.
Sharan has long overseen health and safety systems, serving as an Authorised Person and Responsible Person for various engineering domains. He also mentors aspiring engineers, volunteers as Professional Registration Adviser and Assessor for the IET, promotes STEM education and leads community initiatives. As a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the CMI, he champions people-focused leadership and believes in making happy people for increased productivity and efficiency.

Vincent Roberts
Project Manager
Vince is a Project Manager with iEPC Limited and has been in the MEP system design, installation and management space for over 25 years. Having worked on many of the major projects in Bermuda, Vince has experience as a system designer, detailing the drawing design and equipment selection process, and managing installations from project start-up to completion. He is also experienced in coordinating with contractors to ensure proper installation practices are being followed, which ultimately ensures the owners are getting the best MEP system possible.

Jarreau Daniels
MIET
Electrical Engineering Designer
Jarreau Daniels is an experienced Electrical Engineering Designer at iEPC Limited, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions across a broad range of electrical and energy management projects. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and is certified in Power Distribution through the Engineering Institute of Technology.
He is registered as a member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology (MIET), and he is actively working towards his Chartered Engineer status through the IET accreditation scheme.
At iEPC, Jarreau plays a key role in the design and execution of electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure. His responsibilities include electrical building services design, energy audits, demand-side management, proposal development and project coordination.
Notable projects include leading the Mintflower Place Energy Audit, which identified key strategies for improving building performance and managing the BELCO East Transmission Infrastructure Upgrade, enhancing Bermuda’s 4kV, 22kV and 33kV networks.
Prior to iEPC, Jarreau worked for the Bermuda Government as the Energy Management Consultant, where he led the School LED Lighting Initiative, modernising lighting across public schools and significantly reducing energy use.
Jarreau brings a practical mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a clear client focus to every project that he works on.

Jaire Lawrence-Salaam
Graduate Structural Engineer
Jaire Lawrence-Salaam is a graduate structural engineer at iEPC Limited with a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University. He brings strong technical skills in structural analysis, drafting, design and construction documentation for residential and commercial projects, with a focus on delivering efficient and compliant engineering solutions that meet demanding project requirements.
Prior to joining iEPC, Jaire gained industry experience through engineering internships and graduate-level positions, where he developed structural plans, performed load calculations and ensured alignment with building codes and industry standards. Through proficiency with a diverse range of engineering tools and design methodologies, he has supported the modelling, analysis and optimisation of structural systems, working collaboratively with teams throughout all project phases from concept development to on-site inspections and project management coordination
Jaire’s professional approach focuses on integrity, safety and sustainability in structural design and delivery, complemented by a commitment to technical excellence and teamwork across architectural, engineering and construction environments.

Bermuda Government
iEPC has a strong working relationship with the Bermuda Government Ministry of Public Works, Department of Works and Engineering, which it has developed over the last 3 years of contract work. Our strong relationships with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Environmental Authority are key to environmental permitting for project work. Recently, we have developed productive relationships with the Department of Planning and the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service, both of whom are integral to obtaining permits for projects.
